USE

The chipper can cut logs, twigs, board bark, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalk and other non-wood fiber stalk into certain specifications, which can be used as at least the basic raw materials of particleboard, fiberboard, non-wood wood-based board and pulp and paper.

 

Structure/Working principle

Structure

Drum chipper consists of body, cutter roll, up and down feeding mechanism, hydraulic system, feeding device and other parts.

 

1. Body: welded with high strength steel plate, it is the supporting foundation of the whole machine.
2. Knife roll: Two or three or four throwing knives are installed on the knife stick and fixed on the knife roll with the specially made throwing bolt through the pressure block.
3. Hydraulic system: from the oil pump to the cylinder, can start the cover, easy to replace the blade; During maintenance, the
feed roll assembly can be lifted to facilitate the adjustment of the gap between the cutter and the bottom cutter and the
disassembly and assembly of the comb plate. 4. Upper and lower feeding mechanism: It is composed of the feed interface, the upper
and lower feeding roller and the feed clearance mechanism. The wood entering from the feed interface is pressed by the upper and
lower feeding roller and fed to the cutting mechanism at a certain speed to control the size of the cutting wood chip; When
processing thick wood, it is adjusted by the feed clearance mechanism.

 

Working principle

The wood is fed by the feed port. When the wood is in contact with the cutting blade, it is cut by the high-speed rotation of the cutting cutter. The cutting mechanism is a rotating drum, and several flying knives are installed on it. The outer edge of the drum has a plurality of square through holes, cutting down the qualified sheet material through the mesh sieve, there is a bottom discharge, the large sheet will be cut again in the machine.
