USE

The chipper can cut logs, twigs, board bark, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalk and other non-wood fiber stalk into certain specifications, which can be used as at least the basic raw materials of particleboard, fiberboard, non-wood wood-based board and pulp and paper.

 

Working principle

The wood is fed by the feed port. When the wood is in contact with the cutting blade, it is cut by the high-speed rotation of the cutting cutter. The cutting mechanism is a rotating drum, and several flying knives are installed on it. The outer edge of the drum has a plurality of square through holes, cutting down the qualified sheet material through the mesh sieve, there is a bottom discharge, the large sheet will be cut again in the machine.
